BEDAFFAIR

about this project

For Bedaffair, a company focused on natural and sustainable sleeping products, I developed a concept to make the quality of their materials more visible and understandable. The idea was to create an experience where customers can discover, see and feel the natural materials used in Bedaffair’s products. It shows why investing in a more expensive but durable product can be a valuable choice. The concept was designed as an interactive journey through the materials and the story behind them.

The Material Experience is designed as a tunnel that takes visitors through different stages of learning about the materials. It starts with an introduction, followed by information about where the materials come from and what they are, and continues with a space where visitors can touch and experience them. At the end, there is a calm area where visitors can ask questions and explore the products further, with the possibility to purchase them. The concept was developed through two different models and a visualisation to show how the experience could work in practice.
